Book Review: Gypsy Masala
As I mentioned I am on an Indian author kick and I have never heard of Preethi Nair before. I saw this book in the library and picked it up
I started this book and did not really get into the book. After surviving the first 20 or so pages I enjoyed the book. It was not so much about the story but about some of the lines in the book that reached out to me.
The story revolves around Molu – who quits her mundane job and goes after her dream of being an actress, her adoptive parents and their broken relationship. It is about going to reach out for your dreams like Molu and the author herself did. It is motivating without being preachy.
A breezy weekend read
