Picking up two books by the same author in one go is really not recommendable. But I did it. I really thought I will like Cathy Lamb’s books.

As soon as I started reading the book, the first connection I made with Henry’s sisters (the other Cathy Lamb book I read) was the dysfunctional family. A woman escaping from her marriage and an abusive husband-to-be, a crazy aunt, a group of girlfriends and it keeps dragging on. It is entertaining but predictable . I am sure there are a lot of people who would love Cathy’s books but I am just not one of them.
