If you had been to Singapore during New Year you would have seen these spheres floating in front of the Merlion. It is a beautiful sight. I saw them last year and was not sure what they were. This year I was prepared.

Kuttyma and I headed to the Esplanade to sign the wishing spheres for the Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2013. These white plastic spheres are filled with wishes, messages and dreams. They are then floated in the Marina Bay – Bay of Hope and Light. It is a beautiful sight – a visual art display. This year the theme was gratitude. It is such a beautiful theme and so after little bit of discussion, we decided we were grateful for the family, friends and fun.
