Habits…
Those pesky things we do intentionally or unintentionally? I am on a mission to make/break some of mine. It is going to be a journey. I hate forming or breaking existing habits as they take up so much effort and time. But it is a necessity. I really really need to do it for myself. So I am splitting my habits to be formed/broken into 2 and starting the first set this month and then will work on another set next month. It will usually take anywhere from 2-3 months for actions to become habits and a part of routine life. So as expected the next 2-3 months is going to be a battle with myself.
