Poohden Carte – High Tea Menu
We had invited some friends home for tea and I wanted to give them a desi experience. Their exposure to Indian food was minimal (mango chicken was the only dish they had tried with some rice).

Churmuri – Puffed Rice Chaat (recipe adapted from Nithya’s 4th sense cooking)
Panner Brushetta
Paapad with kiwi chutney and cucumber raita
Gajar Halwa (recipe adapted from Sailu’s Food)
It was quite interesting to experience food I usually make/eat without second thought to people who have never tried it.
