Singapore Heat busters; Ice Cream Cafes Review
Places we have loved for their deliciously cool treats
– Udders: The East Coast location is minutes from home and a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy icecream. Their choice of flavors is awesome. They do have some alcoholic flavors. I have a love affair with their Wild Strawberry and their Vanilla flavors. On the down side, the place gets crazy crowded on weekends and evenings. Parking is an issue and finding a clean table is a pain. But worth the wait I would say. Waffles are also great here.
– Ice Cream Gallery: Again I frequent the location on the East Coast. It is teeny-tiny place squeezed next to my regular grocery store. Tropical flavors are their specality. Choice is not extensive but the flavors pack a punch. Their Belgian chocolate is a customer favorite. I am not a dark chocolate person and I tend to stick to their lychee. Virtually non-existant seating makes it highly non-kid friendly. Nevertheless great ice cream. They also take orders for ice cream cakes.
– LICK – What a fun place to hangout. I love their Parsian decor and super love their promotions. 1-for-1 on Wednesdays. You cannot beat it. They also have other promotions on other days. Waffles are like pillows of goodness. Super yummy. Their Horlicks flavor was the best I ever had with the correct amount of saltiness and gritiness. Downside was their snacks menu. It was sad and took forever. We finished out icecreams and waited for quite a while before the snacks came around.
All opinions are my own. I have not been compensated in anyway.
