Days before we move – I am experiencing Houston in a way I have not done before. I am forced into things I really am not comfortable with. I have no other choice but to try them. Here are some of those experiences.

Driving a rental: I love the comfort and the familiarity of my car/s. I hate drive a strange car. And that is exactly what I am doing. With one car in the body shop for repairs and another car sold, we are driving rentals. I do not want to but I have little choice.

Roads not traveled: Just like cars, I am comfortable with roads. I rarely venture by myself on roads never taken before. I like to use the roads I am comfortable with to reach my destination. There are a lot of roads I am comfortable with so it has never been a problem. But with the move and a rush to get everything done, I am driving down untraveled roads but not destinations. Does it sound strange? Well I am driving from work not home 🙂
